A new fit for purpose multi-use facility has been designed for Anstey Nomads FC and Wolfdale School to replace their long term temporary units. The new two storey facility will transform the site and bring it up to modern standards that support the club’s ever advancing sporting achievements, the school’s specialist educational offering and open the complex to the local community. New player facilities including FA approved changing rooms, officials changing rooms, equipment stores, a physio room, staff room and pitch side catering, will be complemented with a club room, associated bar, kitchen and WC’s.

Externally there will be new tiered seating and elevated viewing platforms to the north of the pitch to improve spectator comfort and viewing. The school will comprise of a reception, specialist classrooms, a library, office, a sensory room and an outdoor recreational area, whilst the community provision has separate function rooms with associated bars, kitchens, WC’s, a stage, storage areas and external terraces; a real boon for the village of Anstey. The new on-site parking provision will alleviate parking and congestion issues, and provide safe equal access for all. Thoughtful landscaping enhances the street scene.
