Yaroslava has returned to HSSP Architects for summer working having completed the first year of her Part 2 Masters at The University of Nottingham. She was originally part of the HSSP team for her year out placement after she graduated with a first class honours degree from The University of Nottingham in 2022.

Growing up in a small isolated village in Ukraine with a pet cow called Star, she has always had a creative mind. One of her first school projects after coming to the UK, was to build a model castle, swiftly followed by a pizzeria. Meanwhile at home, she was busy constructing a dolls house.

She knew at GCSE level that she wanted to become an architect and design full sized buildings, not just miniature ones, and enjoys working in practice on real life projects. Away from work, you will find Yaroslava off out for a walk, immersing herself into nature and spending time with her friends and family at the weekends.
