HSSP Architects are delighted that Yaroslava Tymofiychuk has joined the team. Yaroslava graduated with a first class honours degree from The University of Nottingham in 2022 and subsequently joined HSSP Architects for her placement year.

Yaroslava has always had a creative mind and excelled in designing and creating miniature worlds; a castle and pizzeria for school projects and a dolls house at home. She brought re-using to the fore through recycling shoe boxes and adding wallpaper and lighting to these tiny kingdoms.

At GCSE level she knew she had found a passion for creating homes and buildings and wished to pursue an architectural career pathway. She was always good at maths and science, but knew her passion lay in making and creating.

Site model making was a highlight for her during her time at university and now she is in practice she cannot wait to see her project work become real life built realities.

Outside of work, you will find Yaroslava off out for a walk and immersing herself into nature and getting time away from the screen. She has invested in an embroidery machine and is dabbling in more crafting styles – beautiful curtains for a dolls house anyone??
