Following a more than bumpy start to construction, we are elated for our clients, Yateley United Football Club, that their new Community Sports and Wellness Centre has at last reached completion. Huge congratulations to them for their perseverance through adversity – they thoroughly embody a progressive spirit on and off the pitch.

Designed by HSSP Architects, this new inclusive sports pavilion modernises the offering for the club with changing rooms and showers, combined with social facilities that include a large events room and kitchen. It has the capacity to become a vaccination centre, host wellness seminars, slimming groups, cardiac groups, and numerous other intrinsic health-focused recovery groups to support the health and wellbeing of the local community. A lovely sporting memories café will give visual stimuli for those with dementia to help them recall the happy memories of their own football playing days.

This is a project that spans the generations and sits within the heart of the community for the community.
