Introducing a beautifully crafted barn-style home, deeply personal to the client, who has strong roots within the village and a passion for creating a lasting family home on this particular parcel of land.

Designed by HSSP Architects and arranged around an internal courtyard that fills the spaces with natural light, the design reimagines traditional rural architecture for modern living, balancing simplicity, comfort and timeless appeal.

Originally pursued under Class Q permitted development rights, with Class R explored as a secondary option, the project successfully navigated a complex planning process to deliver a home that is both sensitive to its setting and built for generations to come.
