Our Office Manager, Angela Rennie, originally worked for the practice for 7 months in 1986/87, then left to work elsewhere for 10 years, before returning to the fold once more in 1997. It has been so fantastic since, she has never left again!!

Her first impressions on her return to HSSP? It was a friendly and family orientated studio that provided a wonderful contrast to busy family life.

Angela’s life has naturally changed over the years with her two sons going from children to young men with their own lives and careers, and she has gone from part time to full time working, and was promoted six plus years ago to Office Manager.

The HSSP practice also moved location along the way, which brought Angela back to the buildings that she worked in for her first job… Pera Business Park – what a small world!

Being renowned for her superb cake making and baking – Angela’s cakes are so yummy – she embraced ready to roll icing for the first time with her entries to the HSSP Halloween bake offs over the last few years – severed bloody fingers cupcakes, were followed by a spooky spider filled pie, which was then triumphed by a worm filled creation complete with blood dripping miniature skulls that won her the prestigious first prize that year!

When we all created moustaches for our ‘Show a Mo’ charity fund raising event, Angela surpassed us all by baking shortbread ones that looked fabulous!!

The team all joined together to celebrate this wonderful milestone and to raise a glass to Angela. Naturally, we all joined in with a slice of cake…
