As well as external and in-house CPD’s, the team at HSSP attend conferences and events to keep our learning relevant and up to date.

 Samantha and Katie joined in with UK Construction Week on 6 October 2022 at the NEC, Birmingham.

This is the UK’s largest built environment event which was co-located with Timber Expo 2022, with Grand Designs Live and Green Living Live joining for the last two days.

Future development in the industry was the headline ethos, with a huge variety of workshops and seminars with keynote speakers covering a multitude of subjects. There were various hubs including sustainability, infrastructure, careers, zero workshop, offsite alliance, CPD, and digital construction.  There were exhibitors of building products and services, with leading manufacturers and suppliers showcasing product launches and the latest innovation.

It was interesting and insightful as to how the industry is looking to the future and its continual evolvement.
