Celebrating the region’s house building sector, the black-tie event showcases the best projects and developers; the big successes, the major players and key personalities over the past 12 months.

The Wharf, Waterside Village, a luxury waterside living apartment complex complete with stunning roof garden and spectacular facilities, is a finalist for HSSP and Solus Homes for ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ and Waterside Village in its entirety for the ‘Social Impact Award’.
Completion of The Wharf, a new build apartment complex, brought about the completion of Waterside Village, a luxury 195 bedroom forward thinking gateway hub into Loughborough which has inspirationally transformed this end of the town and been a catalyst for change.
It has joined the waterside area and railway station with the town centre, whilst facilitating neighbouring business expansion. Hundreds of local jobs have been secured and new jobs have been created. The area has been reenergised; the benefits to the local community are immeasurable and are a huge boost to the local economy.
The development impeccably unites elements of the past with modern fundamentals.
