HSSP Architects are delighted to be shortlisted for the ‘Excellence in Design’ category by the East Midlands Brick Awards 2026.

Brook Farm in Saxelby is an inspired development that meticulously fuses four individually designed beautiful homes that emulate the forms and character of traditional farm buildings. A steel-frame barn, a Dutch barn and two single-storey brick barns are rooted in the site’s agricultural heritage yet have been designed for contemporary lifestyles.

The development enjoys sweeping views across the picturesque Leicestershire village landscape and offers a timeless fusion of character, craftsmanship and modern comfort.

The winners will be announced at the awards in October 2026.
