ProCon Leicestershire Awards, THE most highly coveted property awards, have announced their finalists for 2026, and HSSP Architects are ecstatic to be chosen for two award categories.

‘Medium Residential’ for Brook Farm, Saxelby and Cory Staton for ‘Pam Allardice Rising Star of the Year’.

Brook Farm is a farmstead style residential development which melds four beautifully designed homes inspired by the forms and character of the traditional farm buildings found on the site.

A Dutch barn, a steel-frame barn, and two brick barns offer a timeless fusion of character and craftsmanship, with a contemporary lifestyle.

Cory is a talented young architect who has fully embraced the multi sector dynamic of HSSP to the benefit of his continual learning and the practice. It is the fusion of his technical ability with his soft skills that really set him apart.

He really is a true rising star who has made tremendous contributions and strides in architecture.

The winners will be announced at the highly anticipated awards on 12 November 2026.
